About Us

TASDEEQ, Pakistan’s first State-Bank licensed credit bureau is the leading provider of credit reports, credit scores as well as decision and business analytics to financial institutions including commercial banks, microfinance banks, microfinance institutions, fintech, payday lenders, BNPL financiers, and other lending institutions. TASDEEQ also provides Credit Reports and Credit Scores to individual consumers through the TASDEEQ App. Users can conveniently access their Credit Score and download their Credit Report anytime via the app, available on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

TASDEEQ is Pakistan’s first State Bank–licensed credit bureau, providing credit reports, credit scores, and analytics to banks, fintechs, and other lenders. It also offers credit reports and scores to individual borrowers on request.

Mumtaz Syed possesses over 25 years of experience as an investment banker. He has a diverse experience in multiple industries including financial services, energy, information technology, telecommunication, infrastructure, cement and textile. He is a major shareholder of PACRA. He previously held leadership positions at Lahore Stock Exchange, WorldCall, First Nishat Modaraba and IGI Investment Bank. He holds an MBA from LUMS.

Omar Khalid possesses over 25 years of experience in various leadership and senior management roles. He has a rich and diversified experience across multiple industries including telecommunication, information technology, real estate and infrastructure. He has a proven track record of accomplishment in Operations, Technology, Marketing/Sales, Business Development and Greenfield Startups. He has previously held leadership positions at PTCL, Telenor, Transworld, Worldcall, Emaar, Meinhardt, DHA Lahore. He holds an Electrical Engineering Degree from UET Lahore and an MBA from LUMS.

With over 15 years of professional experience, Zain brings a strong background in corporate finance, taxation, accounting, and corporate affairs. In his current role, he leads the global finance function of a group of companies, including Tasdeeq, and oversees taxation, corporate governance, and legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Zain has worked with several financial advisory firms, including KPMG, where he advised a wide range of clients on financial planning, reporting, assurance, and taxation. He has developed deep, cross-sector experience spanning manufacturing, services, banking, and power.

Waseem Malik

Head of Operations

Waseem as Head of Operations at AISL (TASDEEQ) oversees the company’s operations such as client onboarding, data quality processes, system integrations, and provision of seamless services experience to clients. In addition, he facilitates in the development and implementation of cutting-edge risk assessment tools and business growth analytical solutions for the financial services industry by following a client-centric approach. Waseem possesses 10 years of experience in the Microfinance, MSME and Digital Finance domains. Prior to Tasdeeq, he worked with the Pakistan Microfinance Network (PMN) in the capacity of Head of Operations and spearheaded the ‘Digitizing Microfinance’ project as a Team Lead. He also contributed to managing the main functions of the network: knowledge management, policy advocacy; and capacity building. He holds an MBA from Institute of Management Studies, Peshawar and has received numerous certifications from Boulder Institute of Microfinance, Frankfurt School of Finance and Management and IFC.

Moazzam serves as a Head of Product and Business Development at AISL, he is responsible to design demand based and innovative products and services along with creating demand for business for the company. He has over 20 years of experience of implementing Technology related projects which includes establishment of Microfinance Information Bureau (MF-CIB), Digital Services Platform and various technology plus financial literacy initiatives. He is currently working with the team in developing and launching TASDEEQ products, Credit Information Report, Credit Score, Portfolio Scrub, Alerts and Barometer Service for the microfinance providers. He is also working towards making these products/services available for commercial banks, fintechs, insurance companies, telcos and utility companies.
