Job Summary
Drive the team as you design & develop robust applications using technologies (Python, Django & Angular
etc.) insuring clean, maintainable code by participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle
and following best practices (unit testing, source control, continuous integration, automation, design
patterns, etc.)
Leadership and Problem Solving
- Help and guide the team in the development, coding, and delivery of software products and
applications. - Perform product and customer research and develop improvement strategies based on findings.
- Collaborate with team members to identify strengths and weaknesses of applications and
improve upon them. - Debug code, perform code reviews and troubleshoot problems leveraging your analytical

- Be responsible for designing and developing a state-of-the-art, data-driven exploratory
analysis of a financial institution’s loan and deposit portfolio. Build, evaluate and
recommend predictive and decision models products, and analytics though analysis of
large amounts of historical data, pattern identification and creativity. - Provide thought-leadership on improving customer acquisition strategies for financial
institutions, suggesting statistical credit models, and communicate analytical and credit
ideas – internally and externally. - Ideate through data analytics and recommend new and innovative lending products and
structures that can drive innovation and disruption for clients. - Manage the analytic components of sales deal and ensure the client’s objectives are

Responsibilities:
- Report to Team Lead Operations and make decisions guided by policies, procedures, and business plan; receive guidance and oversight from Team Lead/Manager.
- Act as the main point of contact for managing relationship with clients
- Ensure & coordinate with clients for timely submission of incremental and/or historical financial data. Intimate and resolve any data quality issues on loaded data.

- Responsible for TASDEEQ day-to-day operations at Karachi office and manage all client interactions in a professional manner with regards to products, services and resolving issues
- Develop research papers, policy notes, reports, market analyses related to financial services industry.
- Coordinate with clients for data loading as per set timelines and provide on-site assistance to clients.
- Monitoring new developments within the industry and reviewing TASDEEQ’s product offerings in light of local and global trends.
- Prepare and develop products marketing material including presentations and brochures.
- Conduct road shows and demos to market products and create awareness regarding their utility based on research and data.
- Develop business proposals for clients in line with their expectations.
- Contract negotiations and executions, working with client and TASDEEQ’s legal counsel to finalize and execute membership and service agreements.
- Maintain appropriate reporting mechanism of all operational activities and provide reports to line manager.

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule using appropriate verification techniques
- Maintain and communicate project status to all stakeholders through recurring status reports and status meetings
