Responsibilities:
- High understanding of MySQL Live Replication between servers.
- Data Migration between different servers.
- Working knowledge of Linux Operating System.
- Experience in all Windows Database Tools.
- Can make complex Shell Scripting in Linux.
- Understanding or ETL/BI Reporting.
- Understanding of Linux Redhat and Windows Servers.
- Good Knowledge to create Cron Jobs to Automate Regular Jobs.
- Understanding of HDFS and Data Lake will be a plus.
- Providing technical support to Software Development Teams.
- Involved with installation and maintenance and standby databases for High Availability and Disaster Recovery purpose.
- Good experience in administration, Configuration and Patching.
- Knowledge in Vertica patching upgradation, configuration, implementing and maintaining standby databases.
- MYSQL, VERTICA database monitoring/performance/diagnostics.

Experience and Qualification
- BSCS and equivalent degree required with 3+ years experience

Head of Risk Analytics Lahore

Job Title: Head of Risk Analytics

Years of Experience: 5 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for designing and developing a state-of-the-art, data-driven exploratory
analysis of a financial institution’s loan and deposit portfolio. Build, evaluate and
recommend predictive and decision models products, and analytics though analysis of
large amounts of historical data, pattern identification and creativity. - Provide thought-leadership on improving customer acquisition strategies for financial
institutions, suggesting statistical credit models, and communicate analytical and credit
ideas – internally and externally. - Ideate through data analytics and recommend new and innovative lending products and
structures that can drive innovation and disruption for clients. - Manage the analytic components of sales deal and ensure the client’s objectives are
incorporated into the analytic plan. - Review variances against deliverables, set priorities and manage projects of medium to
large scope; identify roadblocks and work to resolve them.
Experience and Qualifications:
- BS degree in finance, statistics, engineering, mathematics, computer science, operations
research field
3-5 years of experience in credit risk, experience in lending markets - Significant hands-on experience conducting and leading medium/large predictive
analytics engagements, exploratory data analysis, data management and data preparation. - Ability to anticipate, investigate and analyze database and data processing problems.
- Proficiency in relevant analytic programming skills and willingness to work closely with

- Manage & implement ISMS controls
- Ensure organization security baseline, governance, and risk management practices in compliance of NIST, CMMC, ISO 27001, COBIT etc.
Experience & Qualification:
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Management Information Systems from an accredited institution is preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of full-time work experience in information security
- Information security management qualifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)/ Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) are preferred.
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills. Ability to interface effectively and decisively with all levels of management, departments, and outside vendors.
- Strong leadership, organizational, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve desired objectives and project results.

Keys and Responsibilities
- Set the vision and strategic direction for the information Security and Risk & Compliance program and align it to industry best practice standards.
- Conduct a thorough evaluation of Tasdeeq’s security policy and process, identify gaps, and set priorities to create and execute a security program.
- Lead compliance activities including external audits, regulatory compliance projects, and overall information security reviews.
- Supervise and implement governance of security policies and security controls.
- Plan for and manage/implement cyber security threat and incident response plans while minimizing the effect on the business.
- Design and implement information security, protection and management framework, guidelines, and best practices for the organisation.
- Monitor their organization’s networks for security breaches and investigate and report a violation when one occurs.
- Install and use software, such as firewalls and data encryption programs, to protect sensitive information.
- Prepare reports that document security breaches and the extent of the damage caused by the breaches.
- Conduct continuous assessment of IT security practices and systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with System Owners to ensure that the management and execution of all systems are operating in compliance to security requirements.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry cybersecurity practices and technology as well as emerging threats and vulnerabilities, to enhance the cybersecurity posture.
