Responsbilities
- Report to Team Lead Operations and make decisions guided by policies, procedures, and business plan; receive guidance and oversight from Team Lead/Manager.
- Act as the main point of contact for managing relationship with clients
- Ensure & coordinate with clients for timely submission of incremental and/or historical financial data. Intimate and resolve any data quality issues on loaded data.
- Develop research papers, policy notes, and reports related to financial services industry
- Prepare and consolidate all data sharing and service level contracts for the assigned accounts (Banks, MFIs/MFBs, Non-Bank Finance Companies, and Others).
- Liaise with other departments about resolving of product or services complaints received from clients and keep proper logs related to erroneous data on TASDEEQ portal/application
- Provide support (on-site/remote) to clients related to installation & configuration of new user for services and Data loading (Historical/incremental).
- Develop documentation based on requirements from client for BI analysis which client has requested.
- Prepare Members/Customers training material and manage training sessions for client onboarding/ help in data loading
- Analyze, develop, and document ongoing improvements to business practices, processes, procedures, and tools including TASDEEQ’s (Credit Bureau) main application.
- Follow and monitor SLAs and KPIs for Tasdeeq’s Operations Department.
- Liaise with internal and external governance and audit teams and identify business operations risks and help mitigate issues.
- Maintain records of Tasdeeq membership agreements and contact information of clients for better CRM.
- Strive for operational excellence through ongoing identification of process improvements to enhance controls, increase productivity, simplify, and enable automation where appropriate.
- Keep abreast of emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements and assess potential impacts on performance levels.
- Maintain own knowledge of end-to-end processes, internal / external customer/partners, and regulatory requirements; guide the team accordingly.
Technical Responsibilities:
- Education: Bachelor’s in economics or Banking and Finance, BBA, MBA from a reputed institution
- 1-3 years of operational or business experience required. Candidates with experience in the Financial Services industry or Fintechs are strongly encouraged to apply
